It is always challenging to take 360 panoramic images with crisp details.
I have used the Nikon D700 with the Sigma 14mm to create the Lebanese National Museum stitched images,
also I have used the Autopano Giga 3.0 to do the stitching on the Mac Book Pro.
The outcome needed post processing as the interior of the Museum was full of repeated elements such as the pillars and the vitrines making it difficult for the software to analyse all the images correctly.
Since a wide angle lens was used i only needed to take around 25 images setting the camera on a tripod in a portrait mode.
While during the shooting of Virgin Mega Store DT Beirut, I have used the Nikon D700 with the 24-70 f/2.8 lens, i took two angles to include as much as possible parts of the stores in the 360 image category .
